Terms of Service
If this English version and the Korean version differ, the Korean version prevails.
1. Purpose and operator
These terms set the conditions for using Holy Heck! (Android and Steam) and its support services, provided by an individual developer who uses the trade name Lake Games (“we”). Lake Games is not a company name. Our contact details are at the end of these terms.
2. Who can play and where
Holy Heck! is intended for players aged 13 and over. Age ratings and availability in each country follow the information shown in each store (Google Play, Steam). Where the law requires a parent's or guardian's consent for purchases, that requirement applies.
3. Accounts
The game uses a guest account through Unity Authentication. Its sign-in data is kept on your device, so if you uninstall the app, clear its data or change devices you may not be able to return to your account. The game has no feature to move your account to another device. The Steam version links your Steam account to your game account and signs you in with it.
You must protect your devices and must not use anyone else's account without permission. You can ask us to delete your account at any time on the account deletion page or by email (Settings › Account › Delete account in the game opens that page); a deleted account and its server records cannot be restored.
4. Nicknames and online matches
Your nickname is shown to opponents in online matches. Do not use your real name, contact details, IDs from other services, or names that impersonate others or are offensive. We may ask you to change such a nickname or restrict your online play.
Online matches need an internet connection. If you disconnect during a match you cannot rejoin, and the player who disconnected loses by forfeit. Online features may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance, or require an update when the minimum supported version changes. Solo play, and local two-player play on PC, work without an online connection.
5. Prohibited conduct and restrictions
The following are not allowed:
- Using cheats, modified programs or abnormal network traffic to manipulate results, positions, items or the like
- Deliberately exploiting bugs, or putting load on the service to disrupt other players
- Using nicknames or reports that infringe others' rights or contain impersonation, hate or illegal content
- Repeatedly sending spam reports
The game records abnormal reports during online matches but does not apply automatic penalties based on them alone. We review records and reports and, considering the severity and impact, may ask for a nickname change, restrict online play or take other necessary action. If you disagree, contact us below with your reasons and related information to request a review.
6. Paid products and ads
The Steam version is a paid game with no ads. The mobile (Android) version is free and may show an interstitial ad when you leave the match result screen. If you buy the ad removal product on mobile, interstitial ads are no longer shown. Prices are shown on the purchase screen.
Steam purchases and mobile ad removal are not shared with each other. Ad removal is tied to the store account you bought it with; if you reinstall with the same store account, it is restored when the game starts or with Settings › Account › Restore purchases.
Payments are processed by each store. Cancellations and refunds follow the applicable law and the store's procedures (Google Play refund policy, Steam refund policy), and these terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights. Refunded ad removal is revoked. If you need help, contact us with your order details, but never send card numbers, passwords or sign-in data.
7. Updates and changes to the service
We may update or maintain the game to fix bugs, keep it secure and improve it. Before a major change such as ending online features, we will give notice in the game or on our support pages. If advance notice is not possible, for example because of an urgent security issue, we will give notice as soon as we can.
8. Intellectual property and reports
Rights to the game's code, graphics, audio and other content belong to us or their rightful owners. You may use the game within the permitted scope. We use reports only as needed to investigate and improve the game; sending a report does not transfer your other rights to us.
9. Privacy and data deletion
Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. You can request account deletion on the account deletion page or by email.
10. Liability and disputes
We and you are each responsible as provided by applicable law. These terms do not exclude our liability for intent or gross negligence, or any mandatory rights consumers have. We will first try to resolve questions and disputes through the contact below; jurisdiction and governing law for unresolved disputes follow applicable law.
11. Changes and contact
When these terms change, we post the changes and the effective date on this page and, where the law requires, give separate notice or ask for consent.
Change history: October 29, 2026 — account section updated for the removal of in-game account linking, and account deletion changed to requests. Previous effective date: October 28, 2026 (first version).
